TID #50 Roe and Pride

Happy 4th of July to you! Today is the day we celebrate the passage of the Declaration of Independence. We celebrate the tremendous good and continued potential good of the United States of America in spite of our challenges. Freedom is a glorious good for everyone, we celebrate it, and we remember those who have given the last full measure to ensure others can enjoy all the good and potential good of freedom in a democratic republic.

In this episode of TID we take a stab at discussing the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and Rome, Georgia’s pride parage that culminated in a worship service at a local church.

Give it a listen, and please email us questions you’d like us to tackle at theologyinthedirt@gmail.com

We primarily do this podcast for our people to have access to some primers and insight into conversations we hope TRC folks are having in their life groups and in their vocational domains. We know we also have a wider audience, and we are grateful for you all of you who listen.

We are not exhaustive, but we hope to introduce some strands of thought that can be helpful as you all process the information coming at you and come away as better thinkers and ready to engage your world.

Thanks for listening, and we hope to hear from you soon.
